Companies and organizations are struggling to recruit and retain employees. Everyone believed increasing pay was the answer to the problem. The “Great Resignation” and Baby Boomers leaving the workforce left a huge void. People are looking for opportunities where they feel welcome and respected. People can choose where they work and if they don’t like the environment, another opportunity is waiting in the wings.
